Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Event Coordination & In-Person Assistance
• Administrative Support
• Client Communication Support
Booking & Payment
• All services are booked based on availability.
• Payment is required prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Custom requests may require a consultation before confirmation.
Turnaround Times
• Turnaround times vary depending on the scope and urgency of the request.
• Rush requests may be subject to additional fees.
Communication
• Communication will take place during designated business hours unless otherwise discussed.
• Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and access needed to complete services efficiently.
Refunds & Cancellations
• Due to the time, preparation, and administrative work involved, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun.
• Cancellations for in-person assistance or events should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
Service Expectations
• A La Carte services are provided on a per-service basis and do not establish an employment relationship or long-term contractual obligation.
• Either party reserves the right to discontinue services at any time with written notice.
