Due to the time, labor, and research involved in providing virtual assistant services, no refunds will be issued once a service has been purchased. Unless an issue arises from LVA.Each project requires dedicated administrative work, planning, and research that begins shortly after an order is placed. For this reason, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
