All sales are final.
Due to the time, labor, and research involved in providing virtual assistant services, no refunds will be issued once a service has been purchased. Unless an issue arises from LVA.

Each project requires dedicated administrative work, planning, and research that begins shortly after an order is placed. For this reason, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If a client has questions or concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to contact us so we can work toward a resolution and ensure the best possible outcome.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Scope of Work: Clients must provide clear instructions and all necessary materials for their request. Additional tasks outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
