Discovery Call

First: Book a Discovery Call

A Discovery Call is required for all support packages.

After booking, you will receive an email with a link to select a time that best fits your schedule. You will also receive an Intake Form. Please complete the Intake Form before your scheduled call, or the call will be cancelled.

Purchase Your Support Packages

Upon completion of your Discovery Call, you'll receive a contract. Based on the agreement, you'll then select your support package.

Every business is unique, so some clients may need quicker responses than others. Standard response time is 24–48 business hours.

Purchase the Notary Item

Get started by purchasing the Notary item. A $25 deposit is collected at checkout and will count toward your final invoice.

Scheduling & Forms

You will receive an email containing scheduled availability along with a Notary Form Request and a Loan Service Request (if applicable). Please complete these as soon as possible.

Finalized Invoice

Based on the information you provide, you will receive a finalized invoice reflecting the full scope of your notary services. Pricing may vary depending on factors such as travel fees, the number of documents, and any additional services required.

Applicable travel fees will be displayed on the scheduling page when you book your appointment.

Payment Required Prior to Appointment

50% of the invoice must be paid prior to your appointment or call. Your earlier $25 deposit will be applied toward this total.

Appointment / Call

Your notarization will be completed in person, through mobile notary services, or remotely, depending on your needs and the service confirmed during scheduling.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Once your invoice has been paid, you may reschedule your appointment up to two times. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to approval.

Completion

Once your notarization is complete, any remaining balance will be due. Upon receipt of full payment, your finalized notarized documents will be delivered to you through the agreed-upon delivery method.
